5 KM Fun Run (Non-competitive) - ₹500 ₹300

10 KM Pro Run (Competitive, with prizes) - ₹700 ₹500

Terms & Conditions:

• Only registered participants can take part in the event.
• Each participant must register using valid personal information.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Early-bird registration fees are available only for a limited period.
• The 5 KM Fun Run is a non-competitive category and is open to all ages.
• The 10 KM Pro Run is a competitive category open to participants aged 18 years and above.
• The 10 KM Pro Run has separate classifications for Male Below 35, Male Above 35, Female Below 35 and Female Above 35.
• The 10 KM Pro Run will have 12 winners, with three winners selected from each category.
• Participants must provide valid government-issued identification during bib collection.
• Bib numbers must be worn clearly and remain visible throughout the run.
• Participants without a valid bib will not be allowed to participate.
• 10 KM participants must report at the venue by 5:00 AM.
• 5 KM participants must report at the venue by 6:00 AM.
• Participants must report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flag-off time.
• Participants must follow the designated route and instructions from event officials, marshals and volunteers.
• Deviation from the route or violation of event instructions may result in disqualification.

Cash Prizes & Eligibility:

• Cash prizes are applicable only to the 10 KM Pro Run.
• Prizes will be awarded separately across four age and gender categories:
  • Male – Below 35 years
  • Male – Above 35 years
  • Female – Below 35 years
  • Female – Above 35 years
• There will be 12 winners in total, with three winners selected from each category.
• The total prize pool, including cash prizes and medals, is worth up to ₹2 Lakhs.
• Cash prizes are available only to Tamil Nadu residents.
• Winners must provide a valid Aadhaar Card for verification.
• Participants must complete the designated route and all checkpoints to qualify.
• Incorrect information, bib exchange or rule violations will result in disqualification.
• The organising committee's decision regarding race results, category classification and prize eligibility will be final and binding.

Medical & Safety Guidelines:

• Medical support, hydration and emergency assistance will be available during the event.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate.
• Participants with existing medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before registering.
• The organisers will not be held liable for injury, illness, loss or accident arising during the event.

• Littering along the marathon route is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must use the waste bins provided at hydration points and designated areas.
• All participants are expected to support the organisers in keeping the venue and route clean.

General Conduct:

• Participants must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behaviour throughout the event.
• Misconduct, unsafe behaviour or failure to follow official instructions may result in disqualification.
• Participants must respect fellow runners, volunteers, officials and members of the public.

Photography & Media:

By registering, participants consent to the use of photographs, videos and recordings featuring them for event coverage and promotional purposes.

Event Changes, Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• The organisers reserve the right to modify the route, timings, rules, or event schedule when necessary.
• The event may be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to adverse weather, safety concerns, government instructions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration is confirmed.
• If the event is postponed, the registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• In case of cancellation by the organisers, the applicable refund process, if any, will be communicated to registered participants.
• All decisions made by the organising committee will be final and binding.
